Terms and Conditions

⟡ !If you commissioned me, you AGREED to my terms of service!
• Only private commissions are accepted. Commissions are for personal use only.
• Copyright and Usage:
⤷ Copyright: the artist retains all rights to the artwork created.
⤷ I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and my portfolio (If you wish to keep the commission secret, a 12% fee of the original value will be charged.)
⤷ Client Usage: Clients may use commissioned artwork for personal use as you please. You can upload the commissioned artwork on
websites or social media (with my credits!!)
⤷ You cannot use the artwork for commercial purposes.
• I have the right to reject a commission for any reason.Payments
• Payments via PayPal.
• 50% of the value before the sketch and 50% of the value after the sketch.
• After the sketch is complete and approved, there will be no refunds.
⤷If you change your mind and don't like my work during the sketch, you will receive a 20% refund. If you change your mind BEFORE the sketch after making the first payment, you will receive a full refund.
⤷During the sketching period, all changes must be reported, please don't be afraid to tell me if you don't like something or want to change it. After the sketch is approved, MINOR changes will be accepted, MAJOR changes are subject to a fee (only two major changes accepted).

• Feel free to ask for updates through the respective social.⟡ Please be patient with me, I'm shy and my communication skills are weak, I will do my best to ensure the customer's understanding and comfort.
Clients are expected to communicate respectfully. Any form of harassment or inappropriate behauior may result in cancellation of the commission.Deadlines and Delivery
• The commission may take one week to two months after payment, depending on the complexity of the commission and
availability of the artist's schedule.
• In case that the artist ran into problems that hinders the commission progress, they will reach out to the client as soon as possible.
